Scholarships
KU offers a variety of scholarships, grants, awards,
and other benefits based on both financial need and
academic performance. KU awards annual scholarships
to more than 9,000 students in the amount of over
10 billion won. Part of this fund comes from the
Hanma Scholarship Association (formerly known as
the Hanma Scholarship Foundation) This association
manages a fund of 5 billion won from which it supplies
financial assistance in the form of research grants
for faculty and staff, and scholarship funds for
students. The association has set its goal to raise
the fund to the amount of 10 billion won in order
to offer greater levels of assistance.

Student life
is centered around the Hanma Building , Hanma Dormitory,
and Hanma Cyber Campus. In addition, students can use
various facilities. These include student lounges, computer
labs, reading rooms, copy machines in each college, tennis
courts, soccer fields, and a gymnasium. A bookstore,
a bank, a post office, and various convenience stores
are also available on campus. |
