With the university motto ¡°Truth, Freedom, and Creation¡± as our guide, our educational goal is to produce well-educated professionals, community leaders and true world citizens by guiding students in their discovery and formation of ideas about humanity, nature, society, culture, and scientific theory and its application.

Well-educated professionals are those who have integrity, creativity and the applicable skills needed in academic activities as well as everyday life, and sufficient knowledge of information and technology.

KU plays a leading role in producing local community leaders who serve the community, identify community needs, and provide support in various ways.
